Overview
The Oracle Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications and databases that support SEIF Pharmacies operations.
This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure that our systems are reliable, efficient, and scalable. If you're passionate about problem-solving and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code.
Build, enhance, and troubleshoot Oracle Forms and Reports.
Optimize queries and database performance for reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain system documentation.
Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Support implementation of new database tools and utilities.
Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards.

As an Oracle Developer, you will gain exposure to complex database systems and mission-critical applications that support both retail operations and enterprise growth. Successful performance in this role may lead to advancement into Senior Oracle Developer or IT Team Lead positions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Oracle development, preferably within the retail industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
Familiarity with Oracle tools, utilities, and performance tuning.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Other: Age around 30 years is preferable.
