Financial Advisor

Seif Pharmacies is looking for an experienced, analytical, and commercially minded Financial Advisor to support the company's financial management and business growth, with a strong focus on financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and store performance.

The role requires a finance professional who can translate financial data into meaningful business insights, support management decision-making, and contribute to improving the financial performance of Seif Pharmacies and its stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Prepare & monitor the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with business objectives.

Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.

Analyze the financial performance and profitability of Seif Pharmacies' stores, branches, and business units.

Monitor key financial and operational KPIs related to sales, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability.

Prepare accurate and timely management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analysis for senior management.

Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis, ROI analysis, and business case evaluations to support management decisions.

Identify cost optimization opportunities and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Support cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and financial planning.

Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, HR, and other functions to align financial performance with business objectives.

Support management in evaluating new stores, expansion plans, investments, and other strategic business initiatives.

Ensure effective financial controls and adherence to approved budgets and financial policies.

Continuously improve financial reporting, planning, analysis, and management information processes.

Strong experience in using ERP systems, advanced Excel, and other financial analytics tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.

Leverage AI and modern financial analytics tools to improve forecasting, analysis, reporting, and business insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

15–20 years of solid experience in Finance, preferably in a senior financial management, FP&A, Finance Business Partner, or similar role.

Previous experience in Retail, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Healthcare, or other multi-branch / store-based businesses is highly preferred.

Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

Proven experience in analyzing store / branch profitability and commercial performance.

Strong knowledge of P&L, cash flow, working capital, cost control, and financial KPIs.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems is highly preferred.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
