Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence: Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications with precision, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Advanced Patient Counseling: Provide in-depth consultation on medication therapy management, drug interactions, and lifestyle integration for complex cases.

Operational Leadership: Oversee inventory management, optimize stock systems, and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Team Development: Mentor junior pharmacists, assistants, and trainees to build a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

Community Engagement: Act as a trusted healthcare advisor, driving preventive care initiatives, awareness campaigns, and patient education programs.

Innovation & Integration: Contribute to the adoption of new pharmacy technologies, digital health platforms, and expanded clinical services.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (advanced certifications or postgraduate studies preferred).

Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Egypt.

5+ years of progressive experience in retail or clinical pharmacy, with proven leadership responsibilities.

Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and continuous professional growth.
